HOW I CAN HELP

Facing criminal charges can be a troubling and daunting experience. You may be feeling nervous and stressed and may not know what to do, who to trust, or who to turn to. Do not lose hope–I can help you! No matter what kind of charges you are facing, I can assist you in making sure that your rights are protected, and your best interests are met so that you can move on with your case and move on with your life.

I believe that good people can make mistakes. I believe that all persons charged with a crime deserve a zealous, compassionate, and quality defense. It’s my goal as a criminal defense attorney to provide a top-notch defense to all my clients, to pursue a plan of action that is in each individual’s best interests, and to treat each client as if that person was my only client.

YOU'RE MORE THAN JUST A CASE

I take a holistic approach towards all of my clients. In addition to pursuing my clients interests in their case, I look to helping my clients in other aspects of their lives and stress addressing root problems to ensure my clients never find themselves in the same situation again. As your attorney, I not only work for you, I work with you in helping you decide the best option in your case, whether that be a carefully negotiated agreement, a fiercely fought trial, or an acceptable plea deal.

No matter the case, we can help you through it.

I have experience as a criminal defense lawyer in Prince George’s County, Montgomery County, Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Charles County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and the District of Columbia. I have helped many people in your same shoes through similar situations, including:

Property crime is a category of crime, usually involving private property, that includes, among other crimes, burglary, larceny, theft, motor vehicle theft, arson, shoplifting, and vandalism. Property crime is a crime to obtain money, property, or some other benefit.

A violent crime or crime of violence is a crime in which an offender or perpetrator uses or threatens to use force upon a victim. This entails both crimes in which the violent act is the objective, such as murder or rape, as well as crimes in which violence is used as a form coercion.

Sex and the law deals with the regulation by law of human sexual activity. Sex laws vary from one place or jurisdiction to another, and have varied over time, and unlawful sexual acts are also called sex crimes.

Domestic violence is not physical violence alone. Domestic violence is any behavior the purpose of which is to gain power and control over a spouse, partner, girl/boyfriend or intimate family member. Abuse is a learned behavior; it is not caused by anger, mental problems, drugs or alcohol, or other common excuses.

Probation violation is an offense that occurs when you break the terms or conditions of your probation. The punishment for probation violation usually depends on a variety of factors, such as the nature and seriousness of the violation, whether you have any prior violations, and whether there are other circumstances that may lessen (or worsen) the severity of the situation. A probation violation may result in significant penalties, such as heavy fines, extended probation, jail time, or more.

Forfeiture is the loss of any property without compensation as a result of defaulting on contractual obligations, or as a penalty for illegal conduct. Forfeiture, under the terms of a contract, refers to the requirement by the defaulting party to give up ownership of an asset, or cash flows from an asset, as compensation for the resulting losses to the other party. When mandated by law, as a punishment for illegal activity or prohibited activities, forfeiture proceedings may be either criminal or civil. The process of forfeiture often involves proceedings in a court of law.
